Four group sessions for the challenges of migration: homesickness, not belonging, anxiety and building balance in a new country.
Migration brings challenges that are rarely talked about openly. Over four sessions, this programme explores four experiences common to immigrants: 1. Homesickness and loss: Why grief after migration can run deeper than expected, and how to process it in a healthy way. 2. When you feel you don't belong anywhere: Being suspended between two cultures, feeling like an outsider in both, and finding a lasting sense of belonging. 3. Anxiety and mental fatigue: Why migration — even when it goes well — can exhaust the mind, and simple tools for managing that fatigue. 4. Building routine and balance: How to create a stable, meaningful daily life in a new country — from small habits to longer-term anchors.
