Individual counselling offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore how you feel, think, and cope — whether you are dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, low mood, burnout, life transitions (relocation, relationships, work changes), or a general sense of being “stuck.” Sessions focus on understanding your patterns and building practical skills you can use between appointments. All sessions are delivered online so you can join from a private, comfortable setting without the added pressure of travel. The first meeting is typically an assessment: we clarify your goals, preferences, and boundaries, and agree on a direction that feels realistic for you. Confidentiality and respect for your privacy are central to how we work. Depending on your needs, we may work on emotion regulation, healthier boundaries in relationships, sleep and concentration, self-esteem, or coping strategies for difficult situations. The pace and duration of counselling vary from person to person; many people find a weekly rhythm helpful for steady progress, but the schedule is always co-created with you. If you are unsure whether counselling is the right step, you are welcome to ask questions via the contact form. The aim is professional, human support — so you feel less alone and more equipped to move forward.
