A three-theme programme for immigrants living between two worlds: Migration & the Mind, the Immigrant Teenager, and From Survival to Peace.

Migration is not just a geographical move — it is a profound shift in identity, relationships and sense of belonging. This programme covers three key themes: 1. Migration & the Mind: How our minds respond to uprooting, why the loss of 'home' is a real grief, and how to work with these reactions. 2. The Immigrant Teenager: A dedicated space for Persian-speaking young people caught between home values and new culture — identity, friendships, school and the future. 3. From Survival to Peace: Once the hardest days of early migration have passed, how do we move from 'just getting through' to living with meaning and calm?
